We offer a range of kitchen and bakeware products, made both globally and locally. There is something for everyone from beginners to master chefs alike.

Whether you’re looking for a new vegetable peeler (the $9 Kuhn Rikon is my favourite!) or splurging on a new Dutch Oven, I’m here to help you find the right product to make your cooking experience just a little bit better.

As a family, we shared many meals at this table. Cousins, aunts and uncles gathered every Sunday to laugh, love, and share. This is the power of food - it brings people together - nourishing their bodies and their souls.

Come on in! I look forward to chatting all things kitchen with you!

About Me

Hi! My name is Nicola. I LOVE to cook, but most of all, I love feeding people.

I started cooking with my family when I was small. I have many wonderful memories of helping my grandmother make cookies in her kitchen. She was an amazing cook and baker.

She and my grandfather owned a restaurant in a small Southwestern Ontario town. My grandparents ended up trading their restaurant for a hardware store, but my grandmother remained the hub of the community through her food – she made wedding cakes, coloured sandwiches for funerals and special occasions, and had shelves full of Christmas cookies that she would share with her friends and neighbours.

My grandparents on my mom’s side also brought people together with food. Every Sunday the table would be filled with a wild collection of the family’s favourite dishes from around the world. My grandparents were avid travellers and food lovers – it was not unusual to have a roast duck, curry, and Czech dumplings (knedlíky) all on the same table!

Travel has also exposed me to new flavours and ingredients. I am in awe of the perfection of a ripe Italian tomato, or the harmony of flavours in a Spanish paella.  My own family now plans most of our trips around food. We love trying new cuisines, new ingredients, and coming back to our favourites.

These are some of my favourite things: coffee with a little too much cream; fresh pasta; a perfectly ripe peach; a freshly baked croissant. I have tried, (believe me, I have!) but I can’t get behind goat cheese. In anything.

It brings me joy to find things for my kitchen that make cooking or cleaning up a little bit easier - or prettier – and I hope to share this joy with you!
