This is the whisk you need for batters you don’t want to destroy by beating too much: bread doughs including sourdough starters, pizza dough, muffins, pancake batter, soufflés, brownies, cake mix, granola and so much more. It will not overmix doughs and/or destroy air pockets.

The unique design allows wet and dry ingredients to flow through without getting clogged.

The curved wire can scrape bowls like a spatula, and reaches the bottom of bowls easily to remove pockets of flour.
