This is the perfect whisk for bread dough and muffin batters - it will not overmix doughs and/or destroy air pockets. 

The unique design allows wet and dry ingredients to flow through without getting clogged.

The curved wire can scrape bowls like a spatula, and reaches the bottom of bowls easily to remove pockets of flour.
