Join Registered Dietician, Wellness Warrior and Women’s Health Expert, Diana Dibblee, in an evening of food, laughter, and practical tips.
Learn how what you eat impacts how you feel and how you age.
In this hands-on class you’ll be preparing and eating:
Fibre-Packed Bean Bowl with Mixed Vegetables
Hazelnut-Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided.
Small group format – maximum 10 participants.
Hand-On Class – Start to finish hands-on learning. Suitable for beginner through intermediate home cooks.

- As our chefs source their ingredients well in advance of the workshops, all class sales are final – no refunds or transfers for other dates. If you unable to make the class that you booked, your are welcome to send a substitute. Please let us know in advance so that we can welcome your replacement properly!
About Your Chef - Diana Dibblee, Nutrition & Lifestyle Consulting & Coaching
Diana Dibblee (AKA Dibbs) is a Registered Dietitian & women's health expert. Her mission is to help achieve optimal health by developing simple habits that can lead to big positive changes over time.
As an anemic triathlete, she learned firsthand how food impacts health. She has worked at Dalhousie University as their Sports Dietitian for varsity athletes, led running clinics, completed marathons and started hiking around the world.
As she began experiencing the first indications of perimenopause, she started studying body and brain health and how to age strong. She holds two Master’s Degrees and is currently researching realistic strategies for long term health and nutrition.
We are thrilled to have her join us for this amazing workshop!
