Tired of trying to eat your croissant elegantly in public? Embarrassed by a piece of ‘croissant shrapnel’ that has clearly been there all day?
Time to master your croissant home game.
Led by Chef Laura Porter, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of croissant making.
Chef Laura will walk you through the steps of dough-making, shaping, proofing and baking these delicious delicacies.
She will share her tips and tricks to achieve a perfect croissant every time and tackle some common mistakes before you start. Touch and feel the dough at various points throughout the baking process to understand the technique and science behind croissants and puff pastry.
Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided, as will all necessary supplies.
Participants will leave the class with six completed croissants.
Small group format – maximum 6 participants.
Hands-On Class - Start to finish hands-on learning.
