Join Nicola (Saffron + Salt) and Yesir (Bougie Box Charcuterie) in a Hands-On Workshop walking you through some tips and tricks for easy summer entertaining. 

Yesir will show you how to create a stunning and delicious grazing board.

Participants will leave the class with their very own grazing platter (made in class).

Nicola will walk you through THREE Zero-Proof Cocktails:

• A Zero-Proof Cucumber Mojito
• Easy Summer Sangria
• Saffron + Salt Summer Special    

·      All necessary supplies will be provided.Impress your friends and family without turning on the oven!

Small group format – maximum 10 participants.

Suitable for beginner through intermediate cooks.

• As our chefs source their ingredients well in advance of the workshops, all class sales are final - no refunds or transfers to other dates are possible. If you are unable to attend the class that you booked, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please let us know so that we can welcome them into the class properly!
