Join Executive Chef Sunpreet Singh Kanda in creating a mouth-watering elevated Indian feast.  Whether you are new to Indian cuisine, or an experienced veteran, you’re sure to learn some new tips to elevate your interpretation of these staple dishes.

In this hands-on class you’ll be preparing and eating:

·        Kachumber salad – simple, fresh salad consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers and spices

·        Butter Chicken with Saffron Rice – an Indian staple; can also be modified to be suitable for vegetarians

·        Confit Garlic Naan – prepared by hand in class

·        Cardamom Pistachio Indian Rice Pudding

It’s perfect for a date night, a solo evening out, or a night out with friends.

Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided. Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.

Small group format – maximum 10 participants.

·        As our chefs source their ingredients well in advance of the workshops, all class sales are final – no refunds or transfers for other dates. If you unable to make the class that you booked, please let us know in advance so that we can welcome your replacement properly.

About Your Chef  - Sunpreet Singh Kanda

Sunpreet is a Nova Scotia-based chef, author and recipe developer with global experience.

He has worked at world-class institutions including Vij’s Restaurant in Vancouver, Hawksworth Restaurant in Vancouver, Crème Café in Halifax and Asia Restaurant in Halifax. He has a vast and varied array of skills and passions.
