Start your afternoon with our take on a zero proof Mojito  - the traditional Cuban cocktail - and then join Vanessa of La Casita Kitchen, as she teaches you how to make Empanadas using her grandmother’s recipe.

From the crispy, flaky crust to the flavorful filling these empanadas deliver maximum flavor in a convenient package!

Vanessa will guide you through your choice of two fillings: Cuban-style ground beef or local haloumi cheese with caramelized onions for maximum flexibility and flavour.

Participants will leave the class with 10 baked empanadas and the recipes and skills they need to do it all again at home!

All necessary supplies will be provided.

Small group format – maximum 10 participants.

Suitable for beginner through intermediate cooks.
