Chef Laura Porter will help elevate your culinary skills with this hands-on workshop for French classics.
Learn to prepare a classic French menu of slow-cooked Boeuf Bourguignon (slow cooked, wine braised beef) and velvety smooth Crème Brule with a golden caramelized topping.
Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided.
Small group format – maximum 8 participants.
This class provides an opportunity to learn authentic French bistro techniques and how to recreate these timeless dishes at home. It’s perfect for a date night, a solo evening out, or a night out with friends.
