Chef Laura Porter will help elevate your culinary skills with this hands-on workshop for French essentials.
Learn to prepare a classic French menu of slow-cooked Coq au Vin and delicious choux pastry Eclairs filled with delectable cream and enrobed in chocolate.
Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. This is a perfect opportunity for a date night, friends gathering, or a solo evening out.
Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided.
Small group format – maximum 8 participants.
Hand-On Class – Start to finish hands-on learning. Suitable for beginner through intermediate cooks.
