GLUTEN FRIENDLY Pasta Making - Hands On Class

Wednesday October 7th, 2026 from 6 pm to 8 pm

Led by Chef Roberta of Paolucci Pasta, this class will provide you with the required skills and knowledge to create several types of fresh pasta. You will have the opportunity to experiment with different types of equipment such as a pasta maker and will create hand-cut, Gluten Free pasta. 

Chef Roberta will explain the importance of each of your ingredients, help you make and roll your dough, and transform your pasta into a delicious meal with her fresh sauces and seasonal complements. Your pasta will be finished with Browned Butter and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables.

Sit down with your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.

All necessary supplies will be provided.

Small group format – maximum 10 participants.

SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS, individuals who DO NOT CONSUME GLUTEN, and anyone else interested in learning more about pasta making!

** PLEASE NOTE - The class will take place in a cooking studio in which products containing gluten have been made. If you have an extreme gluten allergy or intolerance, we DO NOT recommend that you partake in this class.

• As our chefs source their ingredients well in advance of the workshops, all class sales are final - no refunds or transfers to other dates are possible. If you are unable to attend the class that you have booked, please let us know so that we can properly welcome your replacement .
