Gnocchi Making - Hands On Class

Wednesday September 16th from 6 pm to 8 pm

Led by Chef Roberta of Paolucci Pasta, this class will provide you with the required skills and knowledge to create your very own fresh potato gnocchi from scratch. 

Chef Roberta will explain the importance of each of your ingredients, help you make and roll your dough, and transform your handmade gnocchi into a delicious meal with a rich and creamy blue cheese sauce

SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS.

Sit down with your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.

All necessary supplies will be provided.

Small group format – maximum 8 participants.

Hands-On Class - Start to finish hands-on learning.
