Inspired by the compound gins techniques, our non-alcoholic expression of a "Dry Gin" consists of a maceration of all traditional botanicals such as a juniper berry, lemon, coriander seed and star anise. The result? An unsuspected aromatic burst for a non-alcoholic product.

With its slightly sweet texture, our "Dry Gin" break all the codes to create a non-alcoholic version both complex and high in character, whether tasted neat or mixed.

Warning: A natural deposit of juniper berries is common and normal with this product. Simply shake the bottle well before each use to properly disperse the sediment particles.


Taste:

The nose offers an important and complex bouquet of piney and peppery Juniper berries. On the palate, vegetal notes of coriander seed and Juniper berries takes over, followed by pepper, lemon and a lightly anise’s flavor at the end.
