Class Description
Led by Chef Roberta of Paolucci Pasta, this class will provide you with the required skills and knowledge to create a delicious dish of ravioli stuffed with roasted sweet potato and cheese.
Chef Roberta will explain the importance of each of your ingredients, help you make and roll your dough, and transform your pasta into a delicious meal with her seasonal ingredients.
Sit down with your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
All necessary supplies will be provided.
Small group format – maximum 6 participants.
Hands-On Class - Start to finish hands-on learning.
