Pasta Making - Ravioli

Wednesday June 24th from 6-8 pm

$125 per person

Led by Chef Roberta of Paolucci Pasta, this class will provide you with the required skills and knowledge to create a delicious dish of ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach.

Chef Roberta will explain the importance of each of your ingredients, help you make and roll your dough, and transform your pasta into a delicious meal with her seasonal ingredients.  

It’s perfect for a date night, a solo evening out, or a night out with friends.

Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided. Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.

Small group format – maximum 8 participants.

As our chefs source their ingredients well in advance of the workshops, all class sales are final – no refunds or transfers for other dates. If you unable to make the class that you booked, please let us know in advance so that we can welcome your replacement properly.

Hand-On Class – Start to finish hands-on learning. Suitable for beginner through intermediate home cooks.

Paolucci Pasta is all about bringing authentic Italian goodness with a fun twist to Halifax!

Roberta grew up in Brazil, learning all about pasta from her Nonna.
