Pie Weights with Jar

Small, round, unglazed weights keep pastry shells bubble free and shrink free. 

Cover pierced, unbaked pie dough with cooking paper and fill with pie weights before baking to prevent uneven rising.

Remove weights after blind baking. Can be hand washed.
