Up your pie game with this in-depth workshop. Whether you’ve been making pies for years, or if this is your first attempt, achieve tender, flakey pastry and a rich, well balanced filling at this workshop.

Led by Chef Laura Porter, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of pastry making.

Chef Laura will walk you through the fundamentals of pastry dough, pie assembly, and the creation of seasonal fillings.

Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided, as will all necessary supplies.

Small group format – maximum 6 participants.

Demonstration Class - Classroom learning with hands-on opportunities.
