Let the pork simmer slowly until it's wonderfully tender, soaking up all the rich, fragrant flavours. Served over delicate, fluffy rice, this is comfort food with a kick.

About Your Chef  - Sunpreet Singh Kanda

Sunpreet is a Nova Scotia-based chef, author and recipe developer with global experience.

He has worked at world-class institutions including Vij’s Restaurant in Vancouver, Hawksworth Restaurant in Vancouver, Crème Café in Halifax and Asia Restaurant in Halifax. He has a vast and varied array of skills and passions.
