Have you ever wondered about the art and science of sourdough? This is the class for you!
Led by Debra Flores of Rosie’s Sourdough Studio, this workshop will teach you how to successfully care for a sourdough starter and will guide you through the step-by-step process of mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring and baking your own sourdough bread.
All necessary supplies will be provided.
Participants will leave the class with a printed resource guide, sourdough starter, dough for a sourdough loaf they can bake at home, a fresh baked loaf of bread made from organic, unbleached flour, and TWO stainless steel loaf pans to recreate their success at home.
Hands-On Class - Start to finish hands-on learning. Suitable for beginner through intermediate bakers.
