Have you mastered the basics of Sourdough bread and are now eager to learn more?
This is the right fit for you!
Led by Debra Flores of Rosie’s Sourdough Studio, this INTERMEDIATE workshop will teach you how to leverage your sourdough skills to make sourdough BAGELS and CINNAMON ROLLS, and DISCARD RECIPES.
You will learn about INCLUSIONS (like cheese, fruit, and seeds) and HIGHER HYDRATION loaves (artisanal look with a light, chewy interior).
Bring in your sourdough starter for an expert Health Check!
All necessary supplies will be provided.
Leave the class with a printed resource guide, four baked bagels, a tray of cinnamon rolls and a sourdough loaf that you can bake at home.
All recipes use organic, unbleached flour.
Hands-On Class –
· Start to finish hands-on learning. Suitable for INTERMEDIATE SOURDOUGH bakers. If you are not familiar with Sourdough baking, we suggest starting with SOURDOUGH 101
